Kidney Meridian

Location: The meridian begins in bottom of the foot, goes around the ankle to the inside of the knee, up the sacral bone and lumbar to the bladder and then to the kidneys where it connects with the energy that flows through the trunk

Blockages in the meridian are linked to:

  • fluid imbalance
  • pain in kidney, loin and hip
  • incontinence
  • pain and discomfort in the knees and ankles
  • problems of stability and flexibility
  • pain in foot
  • hemorrhoids, hernia, pain in the sacrum
