Spleen Meridian

The Spleen meridian  is regarded as an important point of connection between all other meridians.

Location: meridian begins in big toe, goes zigzag up on both sides of the body and ends on the side of the body under the arm.

Blockages in the meridian are linked to:

  • lymphatic congestion
  • dizziness and loss of appetite
  • abdominal pain and swelling
  • female pelvic problems and imbalances
  • tired hands and feet, sore knees and thighs
