Location: The meridian starts at the top of the ring finger, across the back of the hand over the elbow, shoulder and upper trapezius, rotates behind the neck, around the ear and stops at the edge of the eyebrow.
Blockages in the meridian are linked to:
- feeling cold
- ear infections, tonsillitis, sore throat, swollen glands
- eye problems, catarract
- cold hands and feet, excessive sweating
- lack of energy, chronic fatigue syndrome
- menstrual cycle disorders
- thinning hair, dry skin
